so i admit to a little bit of juice usage..and it hasn't even been really long enough to truly kick in..
but a lot of people jumped down me throat for my lifting lb ages..
now if a pro were to truly tel what he takes..ALL he's gonna hear is.."if i took that i'd be pro like you" :-\
<side note..:someone even said " all the big guys in the gym were already before they took em"
1) thats bullshit
2) ok so i got bad genes for strength...dunno hwo u think but isn't that MORE of a reason to juice? makes logical sence to me..>

nah wont work..i train regularly for 1 month and then i miss a week.and in that week my diet goes to shit..
see when i teach i'm going 10 hours /day everyday including weekends..and i'm standing and talking for the most part..when i get home..all i want is a beer and relaxation..plus i hardly eat when in class.all i do is drink lotsa coffee to stay sharp..soo i'd rather not post actual progress pix till summer
i really have to learn how to go to the gym after a days worth of teaching..and get some cals in, in class .but 1 step at a time right..i got my ass back in the gym (for the most part) on a reg basis after a 5 yr hiatus<sp?>

if you are too lazy to go after a long day at work, maybe try going before work????
