look out Ronnie, listen to what this beast did, picture the scene, Milos and Hide at Gold's Las Vegas a monstrous 50 pound fixed weight barbell on the floor in back of them and a huge 85 pound fixed barbell in front of them, he proceeds to knock off an inhuman superset of 50 pound presses lowering the weight behind the neck and in front alternating and then goes directly to 85 pound standing PUSH presses :o, what a beast!!!!!

His intensity was the key.

hahahahaha, ok "ether". ::)

maybe milos doesnt want to build muscle ?
But the pre workout shake will be sure to upset your stomach so that the photographer can capture pics of the brutal vomit scene to convey the HARDCORE aspect of the training regimen

I got nauseous just thinking about those herculean lifts and the intensity needed for them! 85 pounds is insane!!!! ::)
-
Extra is the best. Stays soft the whole time. BigRed gets crusty after about 30 minutes. >:(
Dentyne ice "peppermint" is better than wearing tapout wrist bands for that extra rep

Classic shit right here, these posts never bore me.
Brutal reliance on drugs for gains instead of old fahioned heavy lifting.
Peace

The goal of mishkos work outs is to put the body in a catabolic state while creating minimal muscle stimulation. You should know this by now.

this one isn't as good as 05, it's 3 discs, Johnnie Jackson doing shoulders and triceps is decent, Coleman's chest segment is good, Branch probably looks the freakiest of anyone on the DVD.

i thought 2005 was the worst.... lots of lack lustre training...
chris cormiers section was th WORST on 2005 terrible..
