you really don't need to follow a strict diet in bodybuilding cuz you can eat whatever you want to and get away with it cuz as long as you're training you can eat whatever you want and still look healthy.i don't follow a strict diet or take supplements.i just eat whatever i get my hands on.there is no such thing as a diet as long as you're not a pro bodybuilder.i actually agree on the true adonis principles.eat eat and then grow
