Tommy, what's the latest update on the trial date? Anyone got detailed info?

Stuntmovie; I've actually been a bit busy with a new project, and I'm not up on the trial.
That said... things should be getting close for the trial/plea/ whatever. The last I heard, April 2007 was the date for the trial, and that has obviously come & gone. I'll ask some guys this weekend and try and post the info. If you hear anything, please post it.
