That IS big weight.
Then why does he say "count the plates" instead of just telling how much weight it is?
Pretty strange.

Locking out is essential, not only for competition but also for general back health.
You obviously have never done deadlifts. ::)

all i remember was it ended with a 4. might have been 524 and he just rounded up for simplicity's sake. regardless it was a good lift despite the hitch on rep 2.

You're right. He says 525pounds.
He also says this:
I am 260lb and 17%bf in this one.

I got so much criticism on my technique that I have enlisted a coach to teach me how to lift properly. I have been doing correct form for 4 weeks now and will put up a new vid soon with a bit more weight on there with any luck.

Because it makes me laugh at when you talk shit.
-
Find a time when I have ever "talked shit". I never have. I have certainly never started a thread to ridicule someone elses efforts, particularly someone who was a lot bigger and stronger than myself. Did your parents not give you enough positive affirmations?

LMAO!±!!!!!!!!! You are not bigger then many people on the streets.
-
calm down girls, don't get your panties in a bunch.
-
I never said I was bigger than many people on the streets. I said I wouldn't ridicule people bigger or stronger than myself. You are obviously in a league of your own and feel joy to put others down. It is sad for you that the best part of you dribbled down your fathers leg at your conception. Internet legend alert. Fell free to use big words like epic and meltdown and owned to your hearts content.

I believe the big word you are looking for is "feel"!

Locking out, and leaning backwards don't mean anything, unless you are trying to "prove" a lift in a competition, or contest..............
-
why use 7 10 kilo plates a side when you have the 25s in your gym? Ego boost?
