I'm currently doing each bodypart twice a week training six days a week. my split looks a little like this
mon.&thurs. tues.&fri. wed.&sat
chest back quads
shoulders traps hams
triceps biceps glutes
abs forearms calves
this split does work to some degree in a months time i've packed half an inch onto my arms and 2" on my chest. but i'm looking for something a little different that would still have me training each group twice a week. any ideas y'all can give me i'd appreciate it.

So many variations, here are a few:
-Put chest & back together on one day, and arms together on another. Shoulders/traps/forearms, etc. allocate to those two days as desired.
-Put a day's rest after each 3 day cycle.
-Put the leg day in between the upper body days, to allow more rest.
Or..
Try a 2-day split, with a days' rest after each cycle.

I personally like the split with the legs in between upper body days, lazey huh lol works good on me tho

i was thinkin bout tryin a chest, front& side delts & arms mon. & thurs. traps, back, hams, rear delts & forearms tues. & fri. quads, calves, & abs wed & fri. i've given some thought to doing a split like that. again any outside opinions would help a lot.

In that case, disregard the suggestions you asked for.. ::)

How about Mon Chest/Delts Tue Quads/Hamms/Calves Wed Lats/arms one - two days off (go by feel your body knows best) then start over.

are you saying it seems like a logical way to split the muscle groups or does it seems like some b.s.?

I spelled out some alternatives, why don't you consider those and others?
