No formal cardio.

He likes to play basketball and swim every now and then and stay active.

Its not necessary to do cardio, but I am not against it at all!  In fact, I think free running looks kind of fun.

so thats a month with the only change being a reduced diet? just goes to show how much progress fat dudes can make with a little willpower.

TA make sure you train him like a SPARTAN WARRIOR, throw in some swordfighting and lots of running through the moutains and fields with no water for 3 hours, then have him eat only semi-cooked meat before bed. carbs are optional

If I was eating 1800 calories a day of traditional bodybuilding food (chicken breasts, egg whites, tuna, etc) I would have no energy at all; that is way too much protein. Carbs and fat are more important to maintain adequate energy levels and be productive throughout the day. I have done the traditional diet four times before and felt horrible every time. I feel great doing this and it is the first time I have tried a diet that I feel I can keep up my entire life. Thanks for the comments by the way.

how much protein are you eating now?

the guy looks 1000 times better.  i'm all for trolling, but if his goal is to look better, he definitely looks better.

let's wait for the final result before we bash him to death.  we have a feel for how much muscle he has.  looks like he's lost nothing but pure fat.  his love handles are all but gone and he actually has a taper now.

i don't see how that's a bad thing.

"Well, it works like this. I have come up with a formula that determines down to the exact limit of how much heat I release in a closed system. I have come up with this formula based solely on each individuals performance so Anyone is capable of doing this.

Here is a before and after. I haver ALWAYS been a hard trainer and have used conventional methods in the past regarding diet. I have gotten lean on the typical bodybuilder diet, but I also got WEAKER,more tired,felt awful and not to mention it is inconvenient,not economical or practical.

I got fat eating Chicken Breast and Oatmeal and eating clean, I got Ripped eating, Ice Cream and Krispy Kreme.

The idea of eating 700 lbs of meat(350 grams of protein a day for a year) to build about 48 ounces of muscle(about the lifetime natural limit`s average muscle building potential) is just an inefficient waste of heat energy. The body is an effecient processor and science dictates that eating in this manner is futile and pointless. This being based on the conversion of energy. It simply makes zero sense to put in 700 lbs of potential energy to convert into 48 ounces of a different form of stored potential energy. It does not add up!
Matter can neither be created nor destroyed so as you can see, most of this 700 lbs is just wasted potential energy.

Now my equation can be utilized by anyone to be whatever Bodyfat their heart desires at any given time. This means anyone can also hold whatever conditioning they want indefinitely since they know their heat values. They can adjust accordingly at any moment up or down to manipulate fat storage.....You can essentially pick a single date on the calendar and to the DAY, determine EXACTLY what bodyfat you will be.

I also do no cardio and lift about 3 or 4 days a week.

The best part is, you do this by eating whatever your heart desires. I like Burger King,Krispy Kreme,Cake and Cookies and Pizza. So that is what I eat. I also eat off the Food Network. And my favorite, Ice Cream! Everyday! hahah MY girlfriend is one hell of a cook and we like to pick up specials from the fish market as well. The choices are limitless....Whatever you want."

Then it can only be a macronutriant controlled diet and you think a calorie is just a calorie and if thats the case it can only be a calorie controlled diet......FYI, the only person who has probably more experiance than me about dieting......including Chad and Rimbaud is me at least when it comes to bodybuilding, when it comes to athletes, I have them all beat!

If you know how many calories a person burns in a day, and you make the assumption that the only thing lost in a calorie deficit is fat (an inaccurate assumption, BTW), and you further make the assumption the number of calories burned never decreases as the person loses weight (also inaccurate), OF COURSE you can determine exactly how many calories a person should eat to be at a certain weight on a certain day.  ::)

You need to research the link between obesity, caloric amount, cholesterol levels.

Furthermore, since the people I work with do not gorge in protein, their CHOLESTEROL will be VERY, VERY ,VERY Low.

As you know, cholesterol comes from animal products.

For the new pictures, let's get some where he is fully relaxed, becuase you are comparing fully relaxed to tensing, of course there will be a difference.

Plus, when you are that fat, it's easy as shit to lose weight.

The TA "principles" don't work for adding muscle.

For the new pictures, let's get some where he is fully relaxed, becuase you are comparing fully relaxed to tensing, of course there will be a difference.

Plus, when you are that fat, it's easy as shit to lose weight.

I haven't noticed any strength lost yet. Sometimes I get tired faster during my workouts and don't do as many sets, but that's about it. I have lost 15 pounds.

Can you make a list of what you eat daily on the Adonix diet?

If I was eating 1800 calories a day of traditional bodybuilding food (chicken breasts, egg whites, tuna, etc) I would have no energy at all; that is way too much protein. Carbs and fat are more important to maintain adequate energy levels and be productive throughout the day. I have done the traditional diet four times before and felt horrible every time. I feel great doing this and it is the first time I have tried a diet that I feel I can keep up my entire life. Thanks for the comments by the way.

OK, then why not have 60% of those 1800 calories come from good sources of carbs? You'd have plenty of energy then. You clearly dieted incorrectly.

No such thing as one source being better than another.

He is adequately meeting nutritional vitamins and minerals already.

What about the whole high gi sugars and how say for example sugar to brown rice is stored/used etc?  See ive read 'burn the fat , feed the muscle' , if youve read this you can see how your principles are VERY different...
