To put up his video of his deadlifts, or I'm going to have to ignore him no matter what he posts.
I suggest that we all either force him to put up, or he has to shut up as well.

why 5 days? he claimed it was easy, he claimed he could do it in 5 minutes, how long ago was that? You guys give this guy to much credit for being honest, the longer you give him the more time he has to doctor something up. Has he ever been honest about anything? why do you think he would start now? Do you think he "wouldn't" do something to the video if he couldn't actually do the lift? C'mon now.

I deadlifted 225 for 112 times. Here is how I did it.
I used straps. I did as many as I could. I then rested with the bar in my hands. I DID NOT PUT THE BAR DOWN, then continued. I think it took about 5 minutes or so, maybe less.
5 mins, maybe less. Not 2 hours if I hold the bar in place, not 35 minutes, not 15. 5 mins maybe less.

Exactly. Why would any sane person go through all this shit and humilation. He has been embarrassed and humilated so many times here and on other boards with the "calling-out" of his shit. This is just another time. If he could do it, he would have already posted it. He is fact already admitted he did it, why didn't he cideo tape it then. For him to do it where I am impressed would be with no straps. He can rest at the top. No bouncing off floor and full ROM. And I would neverr apoligize to him for anything. He has put himself where he deserves no respect. His big mouth has proven to be his downfall.
