Featured in today Herald-Sun Newspaper is Vince Taylor. A good positive story. 3.5 millions readers.

Vince is in incredible shape...possibly - his best ever ;)
Last year he deserved to win here in Australia...but got third...
This year he will give Dexter and Ronnie (Rockel - last year's champ) run for the money...

...but he will have to deal with "my guys" as well...and all 3 (Silvio as 4th is still possibility - but I don't think he will be able to make it here after all) are here to rumble!

I think Vince always stated that he tried training heavy like haney when he started since that was his idol but all he got was injuries.

He had to go back to the drawing board and found that pumping type workout did it for him... as well as a heathy dose of "supplements"

Vince was way sharper last year at the Aussi Pro show than at the ASC IMO

Are you're talking about the same Silvio that was in the AC last week (the one with the huge GUT)?

Milos 'guys' are bellybuilders instead of bodybuilders, they all got a huuuuuuge gut.Silvio,Hide,Luke Wood...Joel Stubbs is not as bad, but his legs -compared to his upper body- are terrible. Vince is better than all of them, even though he's atleast 10 years older.
