Man, check out what has happened to Branch's physique, he looked amazing in 2004 and especially 2005, but now he has become like a train-wreck full of unjuries.....he has a ripped lat, maybe injured bicep and tricep....and he has increased the AAS dose megaloads....he looks like he has aged 10 years
Why couldn't he just juice moderately and not life stupidly heavy weights in the gym, because it all it does is ruin his physique.....I hope he brings it back to what it was in early 2005, when he placed 2nd at the AC

1. i'm half scottish myself....and i like the name robert the bruce as he is a great scottish hero and patriot as i'm sure you know....you know all about his history to our country don't you??? He brought independence to the Scottish nation in 1314 and I respect that and admire him
2. i chose your pics because your thread was off topic and mine is on topicf ;)
3. i start great,funny threads that lots of people post in always ;)
4. i'm bi but i like getting a rise out of you guiys and piss you off ;) :D

the bruce received his title "earl of carrick" from his mother not his father, his father passed on the right to the throne.
btw the bruce's heart was recenty dug up in dunfermline near where i live and its been tested and is believed to be genuine... some guy has appealed for it to be dug up again and opened to see if his dna matches bruces, and if so he should technically be entitled to some part of someones estate because he was adopted...btw its not bruce's direct relatives estate, the direct descendant of bruce is 70 odd and still lives in dunfermline about 50 miles from my house.
and about u being bi.........i couldnt give a fuk ...its not something that bothers me,u just seem to make it obvious thats all.... ;)

it is believed that they probably didnt ever meet
and if they did meet this simply would not have happened
they both wanted independance so badly, it wasnt about riches or land or titles or anything
wallace actually had a hatred for the english
it is believed that he skinned the highest ranking soldier in an early small battle and made himself a belt out of him

maybe he is doing some new diet tricks.
if his body weren't responding anymore, then i dont think his legs would be freakier.
i think he needs to take a break.
since 04, he's competed a lot - which means a lot of diuretics.
it could be that his body has stopped responding to the drying out process and needs a break.
or he could always call chad and use plasa expanders.

I think anyone that uses the name of historic figure, athlete or celebrity as their handle still has childhood issues with defining themselves. Its actually a very juvenile childish thing to do. Sort of like the way kids like to put pictures of the heros up in their room. It helps define them until they can define themselves. Its perfectly healthy, but at some point it is a sign of stunted development.
For another adult to still need another famous person to define themselves is actually quite pathetic.

Exactly. He isn't the first to go down that path and he certainly won't be the last. Plus, at their level there is no such think as "juice moderately".

I think Branch should go a year without training legs and only do upper body training. By then he might be evened out in symmetry. He is starting to resemble Mustafa and that isn't going to increase his placings especially now. ;D
