Title: Chest and arms,every day!!

Because of having a lot of work on at the moment im not able to do my usual mon,tues,thurs,fri routine so last week i had to do friday - chest, sat-legs and sunday- back.

And each day there were these 2 170lb monsters with chain tatoos around their 14inch guns and each they did flat bench, incline, bench and curls!!

squat, bench and deads.

then throw in shoulder and arms when you can.

I know that me and you are genetic gods but Deads, Squats and Bench should be more then enough work for shoulders/arms.

The ideal way to train is full body every time you are in the gym.
