Because of having a lot of work on at the moment im not able to do my usual mon,tues,thurs,fri routine so last week i had to do friday - chest, sat-legs and sunday- back.
And each day there were these 2 170lb monsters with chain tatoos around their 14inch guns and each they did flat bench, incline, bench and curls!!

I know that me and you are genetic gods but Deads, Squats and Bench should be more then enough work for shoulders/arms.
