I got a cold. I Know I probably shouldn't lift,but its hard not to.What about cardio?

Don't want to get others sick at the gym. But the weather is good now so a run could actually help you get some fresh air and sweat out the cold. Just make sure you didn't get sick from overtraining.

I've found its easier to regain strength, even after a prolonged layoff, than get sick as a dog by pushing self too far.
If ya got a contest its another matter.
