As was reported by others, there might be facts concerning Mr. Guiliani that the general public probably won't like and that will hinder his campaign. I'd say this is one of them.
And Berserker is going to be THRILLED. ;D

Meh. The only thing a big-time law firm like that cares about in their clients is whether their check clears.
There's plenty of better reasons to dislike Giuliani.

Since venezuela sells us a huge amount of the oil we need, and we need lawyers to deal w them . . . why is this even an issue?
It should only be an issue after we cut our consumption down to the pt where we no longer use convenient venezuelan oil.
