im guessing this is for sarcasm who thinks you were faking your stats

i was inspired by goudy posting his pics..
i'm here to learn and to share not to prove anything...
at all if i wanted to prove something  would have pumped them up in the gym and wrapped a tape around them..

good good... when i say heavy i bean heavy as in what i can chandle without cheating...
but to the other extream.. i dont believe in super super strict slow... movements..when doung compound lifts...
..i see some dudes.. taking... 15 secs to complete a rep... on lifts like barbell rows... ..dumbell rows.. more often than not its smaller guys that read flex.. and see the articles about using super strict form... so the try to be all instense going super slow.. i dont agreee with that..

lol I know what you mean. I am learning little things like bringing the bar the your chest when doing benches has a much greater impact on them.

Ive always benched bar to chest... from the start...
only way to bench

I agree. All the greats did it that way and they all had the best chests in history... Arnold, Sergio, Serge, Lou, Franco

wsup parker..
mi bi's dwarf my tris... the inner head of my tris ar od nut need more work on the lateral head imo
..for bis i used to curl real heavy... my bis have always grown easy so i realise i dont have to injure myself as i have in the past going ridiculiously heavy... i mean i used to go as high as .. 2 45 plates a side on the ez bad and curl it for  3 reps... pointless.
now mi bi training is like this
start with
cable curls  to warm the bi's work
the i put a 45lb plate on each side the olympic bar...
and do 4 sets of 8 to 10
then alternated dumbell curls
4 sets working uo to 65 dumbells no less than 8 ep each arm
then preacher dumbell curls work up to 65's on those..
then i might finish with a cable movement
or concentrated curl..
once a month i finish with 21's
with a 45lb plate on each side of the ez bar..

That's good, do you switch up grips sometimes with the EZ-bar, like do close grip preachers on the flat side of the pad, and then the next week do wide grip. Or do you do wide grip standing, and close grip preacher's?

"Parker
.. i usuaally  try to stay away from... ez wide gurls i used to live on these back in the day untill now i have sick brachil's the outer headof my bis are to big because of wide ez curls..  so when i do them on preacher its always close..
sometime i do preacher on the opposite side of the bench these really hit the peak...
but all in all the best bi's movemnet for me
standing straight bar curls...
and preacher straight bar curls.. they hit the inner head of my bi's ... the most most growth i got from standing olympic bar curls... i take them out sometimes because as i said my bis genetically dwarve my tris i think..
whenever i throw them back in my bi's are more full.

coincidentally i read an article on that new pro centopi guy with the tri's he swore on skulls with the olympic bar so ima try them ths fri for tris

Thanx, i had a friend from college who swore on the example i gave above, So I tried it. What works for him, didn't work for me, he genetically had peaks ( as my bro does), I have those Sergio bis, meaning closer to the elbow.
my Gym doesn't have a straight curling bar, and being that my wrists are small as hell, I think I would damage my fore-arms.

i guarantee u my wrists are most probably smaller than yours...
your gym must have  a olympic bar..
i use the wide bar used for benching..
best size builder for bi's

The last time I used a straight bar was when I was 19 and my dad got some sand weights for free. I had them in the dorm and got tendonitis---I couldn't open a door for a week. I then switched to the Ez-curl bar, and it was like Heaven. Even now if i do Front raises for delts with the EZ-curl bar, if I go alittle heavier, I can feel it in my wrists. I have since stop doing those for delts.

i suedto get pain when i fisrt started.. but afetr a while... the pain stopped...
now they feel perfectly comfortable to me...
like i said if there was on bi excersie i was asked to reccomend it ould be olympic bar curls...
start on the smaller stright bars and work your way up
or start light on the olmpic bar
