First thing you do after you wake up and look in the mirror at the masses perplexed on your body with the goofy look on your face.. make sure to take a one mile walk to the nearest church and ask for forgiveness. Repell the evil spirits from your gym and out your head!
After the priests have done their job on you, you may proceed to start lifting the many different shaped nice cumfy dumbells. Do train your upperbody with utmost care. You are trying to build your muscles and not destroy what is left of those feeble tendons.
If you need to see what proper form is just take a look at your videos and do the opposite.
Here is a sample of a routine you may do for your chest:
barbell bench to CHEST yes read that again... to the CHEST
just stick with that one and once you master it contact me for further instructions.

hahahah, good stuff, actually he goes to his chest he just doesn't lock out.

Thanks but not in this video. http://www.dailymotion.com/visited/search/branch%2Bwarren/video/x1iu68_branch-warren-chest-part-two
Also I forgot to mention that full reps are a must. That would be his next step after figuring out the latter.

this is from a guy that has a whole in his chest
and does 315 for 1 shaky rep and thinks that he moved the planets

It can be argued that going all the way down and/or locking out aren't the best form for bench. There is no science to this as you can see from Warren's video.
edit: there is, of course, the science involved in the creation of the wonderful AAS that allow us to get like this.

I also thought that locking out was not good either, as it shifted the weight to the shoulders instead of keep constant tension on the chest

oh i'm not arguing with the results, the guy has so much muscle on him that you wonder how his body holds it but he only goes halfway up on presses.

My two cents: locking out puts too much stress on the elbows while going all the way down to the chest (depending on the width of the grip) can recruit more anterior deltiods than pecs.

here it is
to be honest I am still struggling with the form!
I read a couple of articles on the power lifting forum. And they all preach pulling elbows in
look at the video his elbows are not in and his grip is a little wider than they recommend
he is a fucking machine here!!!!
