Other ingredients:
Maltodextrin (a complex carbohydrate), Super Gainers Fuel amino acid complex (consisting of milk and egg white protein enriched with branched chain amino acids, L-glutamine and L-carnitine), Super Gainers Fuel vitamin and mineral complex (including chromium picolinate and alpha-ketoglutarates), creatine monohydrate, cocoa, aspartame (NutraSweet Brand). Pheylketonurics: contains phenylalanine
lol...dude..basically it breaks down to this:
malto is $7 for giant tub
BCAAA is also dirt cheap
Creatine - get the cheap monohydrate possible
Glumtaine is cheap...studies are inconclusive
(above use to be my post workout drink..with 30g of whey)
everything else is crap.

If they were dumb enough to consume this stuff anytime other than immediately post-workout, they deserve diabetes.

I prefer the WeightGainer7500 with 7500 calories per serving.
Just fifteen heaping scoops and 64 oz. of whole milk per serving.
And three servings per container.
For just $44.99.
I gained 14 lbs in three days.
And then I crapped out 13 lbs on the fourth day.
I love my Weightgainer!
