Anything that gives you "less fatiwue" must be hardcore!
All of these supplements are crap except for creatine, protein, beta-alanine, CeraSport, Vitargo and a few others.

Totally. But you're not the only one to fall for such snake oil.

IT WILL GIVE YOU A PINYATA LIKK PHYSIQUE!

Well, it would depend on the ingedients, amounts and mixtures thereof. I would say the effects would, on the whole, be benign. Some water gain, maybe some energy if there's caffeine, etc. Someone mentioned protein earlier. That should be your primary supplement, before trying out the more esoteric ones.

all i take is whey protein and multi min/vit

Pro-hormones? AAS? Yes, both work very well, and both come with costs and are not to be taken lightly. I'd concentrate on getting the workouts and the diet nice and tight, blending in some good supplements. Then, perhaps, looking at something a bit more aggressive.

menn i was 120 pounds before i picked up a weight. i train 7 years now (on and off) and im 190 pounds. its time to UP THE VOLUME BABY
-
Dr chimps, you seem to know your stuff about BB.
I read somewhere about steroids that its better to do them before you reach your natural max. Because then you can keep the muscle after a cycle way easier. is that true?
i dont plan on doing them, because its too expensive. so i thaught pro-hormones are cheaer and safer?

Hmm. I would caution you tho. 'On and off' is not good enough. You need to be running very efficiently diet/training-wise so that that the introduction of these is almost seamless and you reap the full benefits. Any less, and your results will be 'on and off.' Good luck.

im not as obsessive and dedicated for diet/rest/training as someone like Alex or shadow. That takes too much time, getting bigger is not what this life is all about.
