I cycled SuperPump and Size on until both were finished... I felt bigger and stronger 2 weeks into it.

Before I started i was 6'3" 193 and now I'm 200... 2 weeks off everything

My bench went up from working out with 275 to 315 now ( I also switched my routine)

I would recommend it, just do your research to get a good price on-line.. i think i got it from massnutrition.com

Whats next... I want 220lbs ( Anator P-70 )  ;D

IMO, no.  Simply because I could not tell I was taking it.  Tastes good though, but so what.

Dunno about the powder form of Size on but I'm two weeks into Size on Tabs and SuperPump250.. so far im getting severe shits and a little extra strength.  Even the damn pills jack my stomach up and I normally don't have problems with any supplements.  I think I was getting just as much out of my cheap ass creatine mono.  I don't feel near the pump or rush out of the superpump250 in comparison to the NO-Xplode or Supercharge.  From what I've read and what my buddies have tried the NO Shotgun seems to be the favorite pre-workout energizer.  As for the Size on tabs I'm done with them for good when they run out.

Ive taken NO-Explode on and off for about 6 months then switched to Superpump 250... wich i liked better.. a few of my buddies had the shitting problem too... it didnt effect me that way, It definetly gave me energy and pump

The SizeOn i took as a powder while I was woking out and I feel like this gave me the power... although now ( 2 weeks), Im taking Protien, multipro-32x at lunch, and a vitamin shoppe natural energy pill b4 workout; and i feel almost stronger and notceably bigger... go figure

How much sucralose is in it? It's usually the culprit.

Not sure but ill check when i get home.  I have been feeling sick to my stomach also after taking the tabs.  Not sure I can even finish the bottle.  Big waste of $ for me.

I believe NO-Xplode was a creatine/NO mix... Mostly good for an energy boost when I used it.  I did seem to get good pumps but probably because I had the energy to work harder.  I talked to Gaspari about how I should be taking the Size on Tabs and was told to take half in the morning and half in the afternoon... so 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills when i get home from work.  Lot better then 8 pills in the morning.. hopefully this stops me from being sick to my stomach.  Im starting to see gains all of a sudden and im wondering if it has anything to do with the tabs.

I didn't gain a single pound and actually dropped weight.  Far as I know you want retain the water like with creatine mono.  Either way the stuff makes me sick and I'm giving mine to a buddy.  This is the tabs I'm using.

getting back to the size-on thing

i like it as my creatine source, all creatine is the same it will work and will give you bloat. the only difference is the ester its attached to it and the other stuff they put in it..

Creatine monohydrate you will use more of it do to a loading phase and the inability of it being absorb by the gut.

Creatine ethly-ester the molester, you will end up using less do to no loading phase and its ability to be absorbed better.

its just whatever you decide you want, i like  size-on . i might give you the runs though and a lighter wallet.

i've been taking the size-on tabs and the only real thing i notice is pretty bad dehydration.  i'm sure the creatine is doing its thing but i've gotta drink so much more water than normal or else my mouth gets all dry and you can actually get the taste of the tabs in your mouth.  i've gotten some of the powder so i'm curious to see how that will work or if its any better than the tabs but i havent noticed any performance benefits at all.
