I honestly think if he took the same rest periods and used the crappy form of coleman he would come close to ronnie strength-wise

coleman should retire before he starts tearing up each and every muscle in his body
its jays time now..coleman is an old fart now :P

Jay is in my opinion really strong, considering the weights and he form he uses giving the short rest periods!

Why does he stick with relatively strict form for most of his exercises, but then his t-bar rows have like a 4 inch range of motion?
