Title: Pumping Iron II: The Women
Post by: ribonucleic on March 30, 2007, 11:52:28 AM
1. Sure, it's as much a fiction film as a documentary. But - as we know now - so was the original Pumping Iron.

2. There are some seriously fuckable chicks in this movie.

Discuss.

All I can remember about it is that Rachel and Gladys were hot and then there was some man-thing named Bev.

I'll discuss it when I have seen it.

By the way, Ribonucleic, how does that 5th star feel?  ::)

I've seen the thing like ten times.

Lori Bowen-Rice, wonder whatever happened to her, her boyfriend was the male stripper they showed in the movie

The kids seem like real teenagers. Essentially just what you looked like when you were their age... much as you'd prefer to forget.  :)

If they're lucky, someday they'll come to genuinely appreciate that Mom wasn't just a world-class athlete, she was a deeply courageous woman. Both accomplishments - I might add - a lot more meaningful than being sexually attractive to a bunch of keyboard warriors like us.  ;)

You may flame when ready.  :)
