Go to the Md fourm and click on Md staff and pros. There Dave has his own q&a sticky. Its awesome, he responds everyday to questions. His diet kicks ass, by far the best keto diet i have ever done. ( I am 4 weeks into it).

Shitty diet approach.
You're right, it's a "shitty approach." After all, its only aided in the success of many BB's...both top national level competitors as well as pro's. It spares muscle loss, it provides better mental clarity, it provides an unlimited supply of energy.

It enables one to produce a quality physice that is beyond what an average BB might produce on a more "standard" diet...something you might want to look into if you ever wish to surpass your self-induced plateau.

BTW, post all the random "studies" you want about the bodies functions, dieting, etc...none of these things can disprove what everyones eyes can see right in front of them. Knowledge on paper is one thing, but proof and practical application that you can see with your own eyes cannot be touched.

Shitty diet approach.

Everyone's body responds differently to things. What kind of guru are you? Not everyone is you, you can't apply the same shit to all clients. Plus you look like a Sumatran Rat-Monkey.
