				First term at university. Lived on beer, beans and burgers.  Went from about 14.5 stone (200 pounds) to 11.5 stone (160 pounds) in 11 weeks.  The amount of alcohol I consumed was frightening but i ended up puking most of it up  :D :-X :'(

Karl - Until you carb up and hydrate again, how can you be sure?  Lose more than 2/ week (after carb up), up the cals.

Unfortunately, about twenty or so of those pounds were muscle  :'(
By the end of the week after the show...was already 200!!!

				Dropped 82 pounds from beginning of August '06 til now. And I added 25 pounds to my competition bench press at the Arnold Classic this yr. So yeah it was pretty much all fat, I'm still Fat as hell but I dont weigh 420 pounds no more.
