I only saw 3 of the training days? There are six in the video. And on top of training there is lots of eating and other parts not included.

there are 18. 8-9 minute clips + a few 2 minute ones... no eating, he eats chicken and grits -who cares

Ronnie's dvd is separated into 6 days....each day contains training and eating. I didn't count minutes and number of clips but I I only noticed 3 separate days online--legs, shoulders, and back/bis. And those "days" only include the training part, not eating...so about one-half of 3 out of 6 days are online...a bit more than a half since training is a bit longer than the eating parts...thats where I got my 20% from. I like watching the eating parts--shows what type of food he eats, how he cooks it, a bit of his personality, etc.

Ronnie claims this guy is his best friend, but what happened to Gus carter and his old crew circa 97-2000?

Also, I think Ronnie was bigger in the Unbelievable, and looked way better too.

I've downloaded Back/Biceps/Calves 1-4, Shoulders/Traps 1-4, and Legs 1-4. And they'll have to break into my fucking house to get them back. >:(
So I guess I missed out on Chest and Tris, huh? Those fuckers.

If I remember correctly, there are only five workouts on the video:
July 3rd Back & Biceps
July 4th Legs
July 5th Shoulders
July 6th Chest & Triceps
Sept11th Back & Biceps
The last days (Sept 29/30) are before and after the Olympia footage. Mits was really lazy with the menu on this DVD. No chapter menu, just divided into days.
