I agree. You'll be in great condition, no doubt.
Arms and delts looks good, biceps are very good. You could use some triceps mass. Legs may be slightly better, but they have the typical structure of someone not going all the way down, ass-to-calves, on squats and on front squats.
Just going to parallell or below parallell ain't gonna fix that sweep IMO.
The condition will be crazy though.

Honestly man there is some improvements, legs are looking a bit bigger but for being 10 weeks out you are not lean enough... You will probably sacrifice some good muscles in order to be ready on time... Just my 2 cents, I don't mean to criticize... just an honest oppinion

You can already see the advantage of having got into good condition quite recently. Before you were up against it to lose a lot of fat, now you're in a great position for this show. As others have pointed out you're looking good at the start of your diet, well done mate!

Looking good sir! Started doing squats with a MUCH lighter weight than what was previously done in the past. This was about 6 weeks out until my show. By using the method mentioned by someone previously (full range of motion), my legs have actually grown into the show.
Also, the same deal with the leg press. When the sled touches the bottom portion of the machine is when the press begins.
Step ups using heavy dumbell's onto one of the metal boxes if your gym has one does wonders, and is great for getting the heart rate up. Good luck!

mike, get with a Costco, Sam's Club, or BJ's.
I shop at Publix for weekly trips but hit the warehouse club monthly for things like meat and bulk frozen. With you eating the same healthy foods all day in high volume, you'd save a hundred or two a month by shopping there.

i have a costco card.............but i charge most of my food on American Express (buy now pay later!)

Nobody is running. If Stavios wants to compare against me he knows where to find me. I am not dieting but any day he wants the embarrassment he is welcome to come to my gym and take pics against me. Personally I don't feel as strong about bodybuilding competitions anymore. I am doing this for myself and for the long run. To be healthy and inspire people to do the same. If you choose to compete then more power to you.

I never agreed to it. Besides I am not giving this 100% as I have other things I need to focus on. Maybe in the future I will give 110% and become mr. Olympia like its no big deal. I mean if Jay can do it anyone can right? Especially me with my great genetics and work ethic.

Bit of a Kamali Kitchen lighting on last years pic, you still look better on the pics taken this year.
You really should get some measurements taken right at the 10 week mark, as well as the 5 week mark. Then you will be able to compare with the next contest, give you an idea if you're ahead or behind.
Check BF % and weight.
Just a suggestion.

Its his first show, so I really brainwashed him in that its better hes ahead of schedule than behind. He is inspiring me and i cant believe he looks so much better than me now! :'( I just havent had the motivation to stick to eating right. But hes been an inspiration. His legs have come a looooooooooooong way, and are constantyl improving with my workouts :)

If you aren't hitting the stepmill or stairmaster for your quad/ham separation I'd start doing it now. Just a suggestion.
Other than that you don't look that bad, but slightly softer than I anticipated for being 10 weeks out. You better start rockin' and rollin' to beat last years conditioning and size.
