Police identify student shooter

Gunman identified as Cho Seung-hui, a 23-year-old English major from South Korea
Cho called a loner by university official
Reasonable to assume Cho was shooter in both dorm and classroom, police say

Fuck there goes my theory. How could a non national buy a gun?

i hope the reasons why come out.
they have said that the girl who was shot and killed in the dorm was his girlfriend( maybe ex)...but why the hell would he then go and kill 30 more people in an engineering building when he wasnt even an engineering student?
