(Omega 3) Fish Oil - EPA / DHA is a better choice and there are MANY studies supporting that.

Typical anti-depressants take 2 weeks or longer to achieve desired results. I don't doubt the benefits of Omega 3.. but surely not one dose.

You need at LEAST 540 mg. of EPA to per day to help with depression.

men im on a antidepressant for a year, and when i took the omega it worked like a turbo on the antidepressant. its the combination., first hour i took it i had a headache i bought the omega for my gyno. no way in hell this is a placebo effect. if you re not on a antidepressant, you wont get results like this emmidiately.
