he'd have jumped that black chick if he had been coked up...

personally all i used to think about coked up ws poonage..

He's got a history of coke and alcohol use dating back to his college days. You think someone as greedy as Bush would give up those fancies? If not coked up, he was certainly buzzed in that clip.

i didn't know he had a history of doing coke..


HOWEVER one can give it up..i have..yeah i slip up once every 6ish months and end up doing it for a day..but thats better than 4 times / week..sooo i wanna side with pragmatism and go with..yeah he ws prolly drunk..

funny to see him act like that...someone like that should always caution towards dignity no?
