He's 100% fine, I see & speak to him every week at the gym

I'm cool . thanks for asking.  8 years ago I had cancer and 3 yrs ago a bad staf infection witch the docs told me if i didn't go in the hospital that night I would die.
just getting over a sinus thing and went from 250 to 235 from not training. But I'm back now.
mentaly , I am not so sure....lol

Glad to hear it Bob. I used to belong to your gym until I moved to Wyckoff. I tell people all the time it's the best gym I've ever trained at. You might remember me (Barry).
