Title: question about drug testing for narcs

i need your expert help regarding a urinalysis test.
they are checking for narcotics, not steroids and the person they are testing hasn't been very smart about keeping clean lately.
they are testing early this week but the individual did some partying on thursday into friday. meth, little blow and x. no thc.
what is the fastest, most accurate method to clean up the system with 3-4 days until testing?
thank you in advance for your input. if allowed please post the names of supps that wash out the body.
