Nope, those calves are real!! Ive seen pictures of him in contest shape and there is definately nothing fake about them.

I was at the show and these pictures are really bad and do not do anyone justice. The overall winner was really good.

Exactly what I thought. Its his whole arm including forearm so maybe he just wasn't flexing.
