Im a week and half out from my show and for some reason the last few days every time I pose my body cramps up and it feels as If I pulled something when I tighten up.. Is it a lack of hydration ? Does anybody know what the deal is?

More likely a mineral depletion. Potassium, Magnesium and Sodium could all affect the cramping.
Try taking a multi mineral and should help. There is a lot of factors though depending on your water and sodium intake at this point.

Don't forget trace minerals. Ask you physician about electrolyte drink.
