Title: Local Advertising/PR ramps up for the Colorado Pro Show
Post by: Lift Studios on May 30, 2007, 08:00:55 PM: Those of you in town for the pro show or in Colorado check out the following things happening related to the Colorado Pro:

-Thurs. 8:45 am, Christine Pomponio-Pate is being interviewed by Tom Greene on Channel 2

-Thurs. 8:30 am, Shawn will be on 103THE FOX FM radio

-Fri. 6:20 am, Travis Bagent and all of the arm wrestling pros competing Fri. afternoon will be on air live with Susie Wargin, Channel 9

-Thurs. full page ad in Westword

Things are in full swing for the Colorado show. 8)

Seriously tho - good luck on the air shawn. If you're in good shape as you were early this week, then by all means show off the arms. A guy in long sleeves trying to promote a BBing show is weird - you should be looking the part IMO.

If you're going to go on TV, and promote a show with your physique as THE image of it...

Then you're going to wear long sleeves and look smaller than the weather guy (as you did last year), it kinda defeats the purpose.

No one trusts a skinny chef, Shawn...

What do you mean you're going to miss it? I thought you were all booked and already in Denver? Your fans will be disappointed they don't to meet The Keith.

the morning cupcake/egghead DJ going all goo-goo and gaa-gaa over shawn's arms would be enough to give the listener the impression that the guy they're hearing had big arms. Radio is fascinating like that - people listen and are able to take away meaning from what they hear.
