I weighed 152 lbs. for four years of high school, and after training in tango in Buenos Aires in 2005, I had withered to 146 lbs. I was born premature and suffered bullying for the first 12 years of life, and I had no desire to once again be the skinniest person in the room.

i wonder if he took gear, or simply increased his calories and acctually lifted a weight heavier than a pencil ! ::)

Or maybe he stopped lifting and eating for a few months and lost weight and just came back to where he used to be.....

I love how BBing.com downplays the gear that some of these guys use... I haven't heard of ANYONE putting on that much muscle and losing fat at the same time without a little sauce.  If someone wants to chime in and prove me wrong, be my guest.  By proving me wrong I mean STATS, not arguements.

NONSENSE!! ALL MUSCLETECH!
how else would he increase his body mass by 500% and drop 87% of his bodyfat and get ripped in 30 days still have an 800% increase in strength?
