I just saw Vinny Galanti recently while he was in Texas and he was looking great. He's planning on doing the Master's Nationals.
It would be great if Vinny would finally get his pro card after being such a positive fixture in the sport for so long.
If you haven't met Vinny, he is one of the nicest guys around and so down to earth. He has always represented the sport well and that is why he has been one of the few amateurs who has been able to have contract with a supplement company for the majority of his career. On top of that, he also owns a personal training studio in New Jersey....he's just an all around class act.
Good luck at Masters, Vinny!

nothing againts him but didn't I hear that he's pretty much already won the masters? I thought they promised it to him if he didn't do the PDI show or somethign like that....he looked great at the 93 USA BTW.

nice little post about vinny turned back to same o'l fighting,priest has his view ok,great pro ok,back to vinny a well deserving pro if he get's the job done,this is now what vinny accomplished over the last 10 or so yrs is admirable,winning now prove's he mantained his dream to become pro and a drive to keep pushing for perfection.4o is the new 30 go vin.

if you want to look at it properly look back when Priest turned pro look at the show look at that years USA and Nats in the light heavies and make a calculated guess whether he would have turned pro, i would but couldnt be fucked, but im interested if you do the research. He would have been around 90 kilos turning pro i think.

Vin are you serious with that post? If my memory is right Lee competed against & beat alot of the IFBB pros on a IFBB stage. Please don't make yourself look stupid with this battle. Benny I did'nt comment on Diamond because I never stepped foot in there, but I heard it was a good gym as well. But not for nothing, I lived in jersey for awhile and the way it was perceived, Vinny was saying jersey gyms are the supreme and hardcore of all and I dont think that is the case in my opinion.
