Title: dieting!

Brothers, I'm taking in 1/5 cup of rice and 300 egg whites a day.  Is that enough?
I think i need more protein i don't wanna lose muscle!!!   :o

should i lower the carbs too? is 4 grams too many?  thanks!

i've been rinsing my eggwhites in my bathtub.  I hope it gets all that fat off, or else I'll get fat.
