I already liked Ruhls first DVD. Much better and more entertaining than hours of boring uncommented workouts like the Mits DVDs... ::)

That goes a long way to help make an entertaining DVD. As much as I respect their physical accomplishments, Cutler and Coleman are seriously lacking in the personality department. Maybe that's why they became BBs in the first place!

Ruhl always seems to come up with cool things to film, like him in the supermarket and trying on clothes and shit. Better than just watching a pro bb in a gym and eating chicken for 4 hours.
