I always hear you must train approx 1.5 hour a day. but does it really matter that much? last time i trained about 3 hours and felt almost guilty doing it haha.

i talked to one of these little these science guys that told me cant train more than 1 hour else you get in a catabolic state. haha the guy was litterally half my size and has the nerve to try to lecture me on training.
gotta love the little science queers

90-120 mins 3 times a week
Note: all the studies on cortisol after 45 mins training, you all know them
THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT TRAINING TIME, as in actually doing sets
If you rest long between sets obviously you can train longer (in terms of hours training)

With Cardio (i do farmerswalk nearly everyday for cardio atm) about 2 hours.

I don't strech anymore, I warmup with leight weight and do 2 Sets with heavy, works best for me.

mars has done juice in the past, but couldn't get past 160lbs cause it was fake ;D
