Post by: kiwiol on June 12, 2007, 04:54:40 PM: Here's the link of the dude from the pics, Sars. He weighs just over 130 Kg (290 lbs) @ somewhere between 5'9" and 5'10". He's Tongan and they are the biggest race in the planet. Trust me, if he eats consistently, he'll weigh 140+ (310 lbs) easy within a month, although he is carrying a fair bit of bodyfat - about as much as you.

I'm only about 185 - 190 lbs in that pic ::), but I've gotten back into training and am about 210 now. The goal is to go all the way upto 230 - 240 someday - don't see why it's not possible naturally.

Of course, that's at about 15% BF or so. So it's going to take me close to 2 years to get there 8)

He hasn't been training for months, but when we went in to workout last week, the sonofabitch benched 315 for 8 with nice, controlled reps >:(

I'm going to kick his ass on the deadlift though 8)
