look you guys its all about bodyfat . the less bodyfat you have to bigger you look. im going to look small when the camara is far away and im by myself. but bring the camera upclose and you see how big i am but what makes me look big is low bodyfat

im just an everyday dude i dont claim to be huge or even ripped im just trying to set the dillusionites straight.

the more you weigh the stronger you become this means fat and muscle. personally i tend to gain 2 pounds of muscle with 6 pounds of fat or so wich isnt really good considering the fat gain

when i lose fat i lose 8 pounds of fat to 2 pounds of muscle wich isnt bad at all, but i have to make sure i dont slack off from time in the gym, that would make my ratio worsen the less i worked out...so at a maximum workout rate for me wich is about 1.5 hours a day i stand to lose alot of fat and only a little big of muscle

You forgot to mention how much bigger you look when you add the pouty "head tilt-chin out-hands on hips" pose.

They should make that a mandatory!  :)

You forgot to add that using the Zoolander lip pose always subtracts 3 % off your bodyfat.

I thought you were following TA's diet. I thought "you don't lose an ounce of muscle" on that diet ?  8)

you dont lose muscle period, im explaining it a way that you guys can understand

muscle shrinks or expands instantly with training, now is that necessarily gaining or losing , no.
