What are you suggestions to battle this! I still performed at the gym today like a warrior! But I don't want this to affect my training for tomorrow which is ARMS! (and dont give me any of those gay jokes!) :D

Push it to 10 gr per day and it will be over in no time

Go to cvs and get zicam nose gel.. Take every hr and your cold will be gone by tomorrow.

INcrease your Zinc and start drinking as much green tea as you can handle. Add some lemon and you should be right as rain soon.

Seriously though, gargle with some Listerine.....make sure you get the back of your throat, not just your mouth. Trust me it will likely stop the on-set of a cold.

Just go to bed and sleep it off - sleep's the best cure for most minor illnesses.

Get some Airborne ASAP and follow the directions.
Isn't there some pending lawsuits out there re: Zicam in the nose stuff? Something about people losing their sense of smell and taste. ??? Probably from overuse or something... ::)

I didnt know that bout zicam, its only zinc in a gel form.. I smell and taste just fine ;D

Airborne; just drop the tablet in with some water and you are good to go. The sooner you take it the better.

use warm water and honey and cinnamon I think. Suppose to make throat feel better. Or you can do what Sean does for a sore throat just don't stick it in as far

Sinuclense nasal wash can go a long way towards minimize the ordeal.
Wallgreens. Google it up. I had chronic sinus infections/ colds lead to Bronchitus.
Mr Alergy Dr Ended them like theis. Try it U like it ;).

The little pot works great. Dump the salt & baking soda water thru and barf at the sight of :-X what comes out!
