Title: Jim Vest: Bulking & deflating

In the first, pic Jim’s arm is the size of Jack’s head.
In the second (more recent) pic he’s half his former self.  Amazing!

btw, how's his recovering going?  There's no news on his website.  :(

In the two pics, the heads look like they could have been reversed...cut and paste Jim's head onto Jack's body and you have the second pic...from the first....er, something like that. :P

I got each of these guys in the death pool going 1 and 2...You pick the order, it don't matter...

I believe Vest will probably have a heart attack and Rhino will be shot by a husband of some fitness whore...
