Was it 72, 73 or 74, there was a great pic up here on Getbig earlier that had Arnold, Franco, Serge, Zane, Oliva all onstage together?

That would be 15 total titles, 4 multi-year winning champs.

Not 100% sure Oliva was there.

eh, 99 BGP was awesome, but what constitutes a great show is the quality and depth of the competitors. And for that you can't beat the early to mid 90s. Everyone in the top 10 looked amazing.
