i went to a new gym today and there was this old fart
he was doing bench presses in the smith machine and between sets he was lifting up his ass and humping in the air! now what the fuck is up with that? he then turned around completely, still laying on the bench and sat on his knees doing some kinda praying movement.
i hate all those old farts that stretch all the time too (and a lot of younger people seem to do this to)
i bet all that stretching is the reason they dont put on muscle mass

AHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Classic....I've seen many an old burnt doing bizarre stretching movement as well.

Today I saw a funny thing at my gym too. It was a tiny tit high schooler. He had put the largest swiss ball in the gym on a flat bench, mounted it, and preceded to work his lower back buy lifting his legs up and down. It totally looked like some porno because the momentum caused some bouncing back and forth. He was just humping away lol.
Then there was this dude doing 1/8 squats with 365 lbs and two high school spotters. What a day!

LOL or how about those dick wads who do twists with some long stick behind their neck? Like thats gonna help somehow? From what I can tell 90% of the people I see in the gym are just wasting their time.

Whats wrong with stretching? It lengthens the muscle and makes it less prone to tears.

Yes... what these guys don't understand is that flexability is strength. Ronnie along with many other body builders can do the splits and they all outlift bluto. That and i also believe that it is like pulling on a piece of tissue. If you continue to do it it gets looser meaning the muscle gets longer and fills out the length of the bone.... of course this is just a theory of mine and i have no idea if it is true.
