no doubt, seems very dedicated

Much more advanced than me overall, with short arms too, I wonder why he has so much trouble with the iron cross.

he is 165 and he dips with 185 extra pounds, can you do that?  Could Kevin Leverone even do it now that he is off teh juice?  unlikely

I think it's just a challenge.  Probably required a lot of forearm strength in addition to the challenge of a normal OAC

Got to admit - it's pretty impressive and quite unique regardless of his bodyweight. Who gives a shit if he's not a mass monster - I bet Ronnie or Jay couldn't do that.

yeah he's doing the best with what he has.  I'm sure on gear he would be huge.  But as we all know, there is no such thing as a natural mass monster.
