My training partner, he placed 5th in the masters..didnt place though in the Novice, or the open..his first show..I thought he should of placed higher in the masters, what do you think? Hes 42 and it was his first show..Im next now...gotta get my ass in gear!! *haha, no pun intended!!* :)

Yeah, he might lack structure..but he came a long way- check out this before pic, before he started dieting...

And for the stupid "all drugs comments"...you know you can take all the drugs you want, if you dont diet and eat right, you will never, ever, ever get in bodybuilding shape...ever...
