i was eating every hour ect been trying some new stuff. to come to the conclusion that it really doesnt matter when or how many times i eat just keep it under control basically and be consistent every day with cardio and working out and eat the foods that i WANT is the key to keep from going too crazy
however one thing is for certain that i do better with calorie range more favorable to fats.
50-60 percent of calories from fats and the rest carbs and protien
without fat you will look flat even when dieting with high carbs

Go visit Maple Valley farms and Pick up some of their Chocolate Milk, Pies, Cakes and Ice Cream.
All good stuff with perfect amounts of fat. Cheesecakes will be your best friend.

yeah cheescake is a great food, i tend to have my biggest meal when i get home from work then i workout or go run after this 'biggest meal' of all sorts of goodies

absolutely, food for a couple of ripped statues like you and DW, it was awesome, 10 oz. perfectly cooked, au jus gravy on the side, grilled onions, couldn't eat the fries because i was too full.

What are your calories at on typical days? Also do you or TA think mixing up times and intervals you eat will burn more fat? By this I mean...for example you would have 1400 calories to eat.
day 1,2 2 700 calorie meals
day 3,4 4 350 calorie meals
day 5,6 2 700 calorie meals
day 7 2000 calories of whatever, whenever

yeah i always eat different times and portions. also somedays i work my ass off climbing up and down ladders all day in the sun or mowing a bunches of grass
i like to eat till im full too
i know that fat is more functional than carbs so i try to put fats first
if i want something sweet ill eat it but quickly chase it with something fatty so i do go sugar retarted on foods and eat like a box of cereal wich is nothing but energy but wont fill me out like fats!
