Title: 2007 APF South Jersey Bench Press Championships

A heads up that the 2007 South Jersey Powerlifting Championships will be held July 14, 2007 at FLEX Fitness Center in Cumberland County. Joe Ladnier, one week out from the NPC Masters Nationals, will be doing a seminar at 4 pm.  The whole event is a benefit for 3 1/2 year old Garrett Wilson, who is battling cancer.  Info/ Entry at www.flexfamilyfitness.co m/events.htm, or call 856-455-9691
