1. droping weights at the end of your set when it's dumbells under 40 lbs
2. clanging plates while loading the bar/machine so people will look at you.
3. walking lunges with 30 lb dumbells but avoiding the squat racks
4. tank tops in the winter.

Recently I did see two guys doing that one training the other and both with hardly one quad between them. If I did not hate people that give unsolisited advice I almost said something myself.

Sorry AS nothing tops this tue i was doing dead lifts i still like to do em one or twice a month.So anyway i get up too 450 back was a little tight and im an old man ya know so i get myself set im on my 3rd rep some kid comes up behind me and fuckin yells im here man i got your spot...AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHH I blow my top what the fuck ' i yell ' how would you spot me on deads brainy act shove your dick in my ass....I kid turns all shades of red and walks away...
