What this, I hear? Word has it that Chris Cormier has been training intensely with Robby Robinson at Gold's of Venice. Chris is going to compete in the Montreal Pro, then the Atlantic City show, and then, if he qualifies at the Olympia. They are training almost every day.
Chris is being advised by Charles Glass and his friend Paul, and Robby is making sure that Chris will be right back in shape for these upcoming shows.
So if you thought that Chris was down and out, let's think again!

I know man...errtime I see some homeboy all up in the gym all text messaging some BITCH while he is sitting slumped over on the end of the flat bench press in his new 'razr' I think of all my Getbig bretheren I serve here. Hahahaha...

You got it, Im on top of it! I shot a few pics of them but I was shooting for Bodybuilding.com at the time. Bob was covering Melvin for the Olympia series, and Cormier and Robby were there so it was rude not to shoot em. I would love to post them but you will have to go to bb.com to see em when they are posted.

I do not Doubt Cormiers size just his conditioning.His MrO99 conditioning was his best but at the 2005 MrO conditioning was his worst.
I Hope he can replicate his 99 Mro Conditioning he will not be beat.

chris has great shape and genetics, and won 6 runner-up spots at the ASC.
But I don't think he has what it takes health-wise to win these days. maybe he's just trying to generate interest in his name for supp companies, and if so, good for him. But I don't see him, at his age with the last year of medical issues, coming back and being a top guy again. We've been hearing the same "he's coming back better than ever!" line for 18 months now.
Either way, best of luck to him. health comes before all. IMO he is one of the more popular pros of the 90s and early 2000s, and should be at an expo booth signing autographs for a living at this point.

I thought Chris was already over 40???...I see Chris placing high in the second-tier shows, but never again at the Olympia...I wish him good luck though he has some of the best genetics in the last 20 years of bodybuilding...
