Title: Hate to say that but Milos pre-workout drink is the shizit.
Post by: Alex23 on July 13, 2007, 01:30:09 PM
Skin thigh muscle pump just doing warm up sets, help pushing beyond point of failure, even better muscle endurance. No jitters shit, no crash, no low blood sugar. The part I was most impressed is how well I was getting a pump even 60mins into the workout... stuff is amazing.  I thought it was pricey but totally worth its weight. If the rest of the product line is as high quality, Milos is going to be a rich man. Don't give me that "I'll just get some dextrose and aminos and mix it" bullshit,  been there done that, there's obviously more to it.

Alex, how many servings per tub?

EDIT: Nevermind, just saw the label on the site.

$70 bones is a bit pricey, though. I can get 2 jars of NO-Xplode for about that.

pump just doing warm up sets = negative as hell. would prevent lifting max.
beyond point of failure = going to failure too often negative on CNS recovery
muscle endurance = for what? giant sets?
no jitters,no crash no low blood sugar = why the hell would you have that to begin with?

Pump during warm up sets is fine, relax huge.

I think Alex23 knows how his body reacts to training to failure and how his CNS responds.

jitter, crash and low blood sugar are what happens with most pre-workout drinks that have sugar and/or large amounts of caffeine.

no pump isnt fine. pump is bullshit and the longer it can be avoided the better.

how alex responds is besides the point as he recommends it to OTHERS.

and if people risk jitter etc they shouldnt use shit like that to  be able to go through a workout.

Dude, snap out of the snake oil-pimping mode.

You got a pump 60 minutes into the workout?

Whop-the-fcukin-do.

"stuff is amazing"

I hope you're getting paid good money mang.

There's obviously more to it?

It's a "precise" formula. I'm sure Dante Doggcrapp would love this. ::)

what are you thinking? "it inhibits full ROM?" how about.. fresh supply of oxygen+nutrients = win

dumbshit

oh and if muscular endurance is a bonus from training with weights (well it certainly is to an extent) then ill take it thanks.. you and your beastly 1-4 reps with 1-2 sets can go over to the corner where the benchpress is fag
